We will have a call or meeting to identify your initial needs and aspirations for the project advising the best way how the team could help.
Design
Working with our partner architects we will create series of drawings and plans for the build. Alongside this we will look at the building regulations and Planning that may be needed for the development.
Procurement
We will then finalise all the plans with you including fixtures, fittings and the full final project cost.
